Language Transparent Operating Environment (LTOE™)
WebViews Inc. provides unique e-business globalization services & solutions to enable organizations to operate locally and deliver globally using WebViews Language Transparent Operating Environment (LTOE™). The LTOE™ environment addresses four layers of the e-business delivery cycle. These are the Presentation layer, the Interactive Communication layer, the Transaction layer and the Support layer. Combined, these layers complete the e-business delivery cycle.
For each Layer WebViews addresses a complete set of independent activities using an independent Service Delivery Platform. Specific results are expected from these activities at each operational layer.
It
is in combination that these activities enable clients to deliver end-to-end
service beginning with presentation, followed by interacting with your customer,
closing/fulfilling a transaction, and finally providing support.
The Presentation:
This operational layer represents the e-business front-end and is responsible for the access to, and presentation of, all product and service information offered and any supporting content and application systems required by clients. The e-business front-end enables an organization to provide access and present its products and services to its audience.
The e-business front-end is composed of e-business application systems, web sites, and other application systems that interface with clients. In addition, the e-business front-end includes corresponding contents of e-businesses, web sites and other application systems.
In a global context, the e-business front-end requires delivery in different local versions addressing the needs of each language and market jurisdiction. This means that e-business applications, web sites and other application systems and their corresponding contents need to be localized for each jurisdiction. In addition, these application systems and content need to be kept current and synchronized with their corresponding source systems or content on an ongoing basis.WebViews globalization and localization services provide the neccessary utility services to fulfill these needs.
Interactive Communication:
At the Interactive Communication layer the LTOE™ Paradigm delivers language transparent messaging and trans-lingual e-mail services, enabling users to send and receive their e-mails in their own language while the corresponding parties receive and respond to these messages in their preferred languages! The same capability is provided at the support layer.
This operational layer represents the Messaging Backbone and is responsible for message delivery, message management and message exchange between an organization and its customers. The messaging backbone enables an organization effectively to talk with their customer in any language.
In
a global context, these messages require delivery in multiples of languages,
fulfilling the needs of different jurisdictions and making language transparent
to the organization and its interacting parties. Messaging services
enable organizations to fulfill thier needs for such environments and services.
