Leopold “Dexter” Peavy, a principal in WebViews, Inc., manages the U.S. sales and management consulting practice office in Milford, CT. Mr. Peavy has over 15 years of experience in management consulting and specializes in global business transformation. He has worked with many Fortune 500 client organizations within a broad range of industries including automobile, chemical, consumer products, energy, financial services, manufacturing, publishing, technology and transportation. Mr. Peavy works with his customers to develop corporate-wide strategies geared toward maximizing global market penetration, increasing speed to market and eliminating rework associated with large scale content management projects.

Prior to joining WebViews, Dexter was a Senior Manager in the Shared Service Practice of Cap Gemini Ernst and Young. At Cap Gemini, he led the efforts of a 25 member cross functional team, to create 5 new product offerings in the B2B Internet “Trust” space for a global financial services company. He joined WebViews in 2004 for the reason that his work at Cap Gemini was missing the language component in generating “trust” on the Internet that WebViews solution offerings address.

Dexter holds an MBA in Finance from Babson College Graduate School of Business, where he won the Douglass Entrepreneurial Prize, and a BS in Economics from Union College. Dexter is the President of his Church and enjoys saltwater fly-fishing and woodworking in his spare time. He lives with his wife and four children in Woodbridge, CT.
